Requesting time off
Employees can request time off online or by phone and review the status of this request online. Employee’s requests are never left unresponded to. Potential bias are removed from the process and employees are treated fairly and consistently based on your company’s leave policy.
Submitting schedules
Manager submit employee’s schedules on online by department. Manager also can easily view approved time off to ensure they properly schedule to accommodate for absences.
Manager notifications
Ascendant HR notifies management if staff levels are above or below critical levels allowing management eliminate wasteful overstaffing and reduce understaffing situations. The scheduling module now permits you to fully utilize the your time and attendance information, while assisting supervisors in reporting request timely and follow company policy’s consistently.
Time tracking and Approvals

- Electronic sign-off is available to provide a truly paperless experience if desired.
- Password restrictions, electronic sign-off, and audit trails provide controls ensuring the accuracy of information transferred to our HRIS system.
- Attendance exceptions are tracked automatically with the ability to send our email notifications based on specified exceptions.
- A supervisor can attach a reason code to any time card record for easy documentation and clarification.
- You can also choose to allow your employees to review and edit there own time through an online application which has an electronic sign-off process which becomes the employee’s electronic signature acknowledging that their submitted hours are accurate.
- Supervisor can easily identify who has submitted time and who has not, eliminating missed time cards.
- There is a second level of electronic sign-off that permits supervisor to approved the submitted time for all employees’ they are responsible for.
